Kaye has worked in the insurance industry since 1999. She has over 20 years of customer service experience. In addition to being the office receptionist, Kaye is one of our support staff who assists other departments as needed. She enjoys working with the public and meeting new people. Her goal is to give each customer the highest level of service. The agency does not answer telephone calls during business hours with a recorded message or voice mail system, and it is Kaye’s goal to give each call her personal attention and make telephone contact with the agency a positive experience.

She began her career at an agency in her native Florida where her experience began with mail handling and expanded to agency accounting and computer technology. She moved to Tennessee where she became a trainer for insurance management software systems, a position that took her to agencies all over the United States. In addition, she served as a software analyst, working with company programmers to develop and troubleshoot new agency management software. She is in charge of the agency accounting, and Information Technology. She enjoys the challenge of her position and likes the diversity of doing different things every day, including working one on one with the office staff to resolve technical issues.
